One-on-One Coaching

Therapeutic Coaching is an integrative approach that brings together the depth of therapeutic inquiry with the forward movement of coaching. It allows us to explore not only what is happening in your life, but why—and how those patterns live within you.

My work is shaped by depth psychology, somatic awareness, and a lifelong engagement with questions of meaning, identity, and transformation. Together, we attend to both insight and lived experience—so that change is not something imposed, but something that emerges.

This is not advice-driven work.
Nor is it purely reflective.

It is a collaborative process—one that invites awareness, integration, and meaningful movement.

I typically work in a series of six 60-minute sessions (with the option to extend to ten), spaced every 1–2 weeks over Zoom.

Within sessions, we may draw from:

  • depth and archetypal psychology

  • parts work and relational inquiry

  • somatic awareness and mindfulness

  • reflective dialogue and guided exploration

Each session is shaped by what you bring—
with space to explore, question, and make sense of your experience at your own pace.
