Outermost Retreats
There are certain places that make it easier to hear yourself.
Places where the pace softens, where the landscape holds you differently—and where something in you can begin to settle, without effort.
The retreats I will be offering in Italy are an extension of this work: a space to step out of the familiar rhythms of daily life and into a setting that supports reflection, presence, and quiet change.
Held at Le Lagore—a restored stone refuge tucked into the hills above the Ligurian coast—these retreats bring together natural beauty, simplicity, and depth. The surrounding landscape of olive groves, open sky, and the nearby sea creates an atmosphere that is both grounding and expansive.

Seeing familiar patterns with new clarity
